How do I book an appointment?

How far in advance should I book my bridal service?

We highly recommend booking a minimum of 1 year in advance to secure your date.

Do you travel for bridal or event makeup? What is the fee?

Yes, we travel anywhere within Kingston for a flat rate of $50 and anywhere outside of Kingston for an additional $1 per km one way.

Why do I need a second artist?

Anytime you have a party size over 6 or an early ceremony time we require booking more than one artist/stylist.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. However, all deposits are non-refundable.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 25% deposit upon booking.

Can you accommodate large bridal parties?

Yes, we have multiple talented artists and stylists able to accommodate parties up to 20.

When do you book trials?

We typically book trials January through April but can accommodate any date throughout the year Monday - Thursday.

Can I bring my own makeup for you to use?

No, we cannot guarantee the quality of makeup and its application unless it comes from our kit. The only exception to this is for lessons!

What type of payment do you accept?

We currently accept e-transfer and cash.
